Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you may return the items within 30 days of the delivery date. We do NOT offer exchanges.

Returns:

Must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Must be in new condition with all tags and labels attached.

We will not accept returns of any goods that have been washed or worn.

Purchases made with a gift card cannot be returned.

NO RETURNS ON SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS.

No returns on custom, special order, or personalized items.

Damages:

Any claims of damaged or faulty merchandise must be made within 5 days of delivery. If damage occurred during shipping, please do not discard packaging. Notify us immediately.  info@brainlessrace.com

Refunds:

Once returned item has passed inspection, refunds will be made within 10 days of approval. Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless return is due to items being damaged upon receipt. Refunds will be given via the same payment form as purchase.
